Graveyard Keeper 2 Kiln and Oven Fuel Guide

Build the shed and verify a batch starts

  1. Build the shed. Unlock the Firewood Shed through Bronze Melting. One build listed 10 Sticks and 2 Bronze Nails; confirm the current blueprint before spending materials. [3]
  2. Make Firewood. At the Chopping Spot, select the Firewood recipe, add the input shown by the current recipe row, and start it. [2]
  3. Load and check the shed. At the Firewood Shed, start its Fuel recipe. One listed recipe converts 2 Firewood → 20 Fuel; compare the current recipe row and confirm the Fuel counter rises. The Kiln or oven consumes Fuel, not Firewood directly. [2] [3]
  4. Queue one batch. Open a Kiln or home-oven recipe, add the listed ingredients, and start one batch. Confirm the progress row advances; if it stays idle, compare the Fuel counter and ingredient amounts with the live recipe row. [2]

Update 1.005 rebalanced Kiln and Furnace recipe and Fuel costs, so older totals are examples only; use the current station panel. [1]

The walkthrough shows a Firewood Shed inside the house and outside near a yard Kiln. Use the green placement preview in your save; no fixed station pairing or distance is established. [2]
